Alleyway Refund Policy
At Alleyway, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, you will receive a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Accessories (hats, socks, etc.) for hygiene reasons
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please email us at Alleyway.us@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Alleyway reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
